  • REBALANCE — Midday ritual. Supports hormonal balance, mood steadiness, and daily resilience. Best used 12–2 PM with food.
  • RECHARGE — Morning ritual. Supports sustainable energy, mental clarity, and vitality. Best used 6–8 AM.

Can I take products from multiple rituals together?

Yes — our rituals are designed to complement each other. Many customers combine RESET (evening) + REBALANCE (midday) for comprehensive nervous system support. Always consult your healthcare provider if you are on medication.

What is the recommended serving size?

Serving sizes vary by product. Please refer to the label on your specific product. General guidance: gummies are typically 2 per serving; capsules are typically 2 per serving with food.

Can I take these supplements if I am pregnant or nursing?

How long does delivery take?

5–7 business days within South Africa. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
